1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BudgetPal ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing purchasing, or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Billing Policy
Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your financial payment instruments.
- Free Trial:Converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Renewal:Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless cancelled.
- Refunds:All sales are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store mechanisms.

" BudgetPal is an information tool only. We are not financial advisors, legal advisors, or tax professionals. The content provided by the App is for informational purposes and should not be construed as professional financial advice. You use the Service at your own risk."
5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will BudgetPal, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the service.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
6. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be strictly between you and BudgetPal. There shall be no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or on bases involving claims brought in a purported representative capacity.
